The first task is to identify the access, policy, data, visibility, and ownership questions that need specialist validation.

When managed network services change the operating model

Managed services may be relevant when monitoring, support, change handling, escalation, reporting, or operational ownership are part of the requirement. Clarify what the internal team will continue to own, what must remain visible, and which responsibilities require accountable handoffs.
