A 10-gig request is a starting ask. It is not a design, and it is not proof that you need dedicated internet access instead of business broadband. The headline speed on a quote does not explain how the circuit will behave, what it must carry, or what happens when it fails.

Translate the ask into dedicated internet access vs business broadband

Write the workflows that will use the path: voice and video, cloud apps, payments, cameras, backups, guest traffic, site-to-site. Mark which of those stop revenue or operations if the path degrades. Then map each to evidence, not to a marketing label.

  3. Is a second path required, and does it share fiber, power, or a closet?
  4. What restore time will you accept in writing?
  5. What construction or landlord work is still unknown?
