Who we are
The Data Partner provides technology-advisory conversations for organizations evaluating connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and communications decisions. This notice explains how we handle information submitted through this website.
Information we collect
When you request an assessment or contact us, we may collect your name, work email address, company name, business phone number, technology area of interest, high-level message, and any scope or timing selections you provide. We also record non-PII attribution details such as the source page, CTA, landing-page identifier, campaign parameters, submission time, and consent-copy version.
Please do not submit passwords, payment information, customer or employee data, account numbers, incident details, security logs, network diagrams, vulnerability reports, or other sensitive technical artifacts through a website form.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, understand the technology decision you are evaluating, qualify a possible next conversation, maintain an operational record of the request, and improve the website and its lead process. We do not sell inquiry information.
How information is stored and shared
Website inquiries are retained in the website’s controlled Contact Form 7 submission archive for operational review and follow-up. Access is limited to people who need the information to respond to or manage the request.
We do not submit your information to Telarus, a supplier, or another partner based only on a website inquiry. We request an appropriate, just-in-time authorization before any such handoff is made.
Retention
We retain inquiry records only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the relationship, maintain operational records, or meet applicable legal obligations. We periodically review stored inquiries and can assess deletion requests in light of those obligations.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page usage and improve the website. Analytics storage defaults to denied. Google may receive cookieless measurement pings until you choose “Allow analytics”; if you grant consent, GA4 may set analytics cookies. Use the “Analytics choices” control on any page to allow, decline, or change your preference.
We do not send form contents, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or message text to analytics. Website inquiry details remain in the controlled lead archive and notification workflow described above. Browser and device data may still be processed by Google under its own terms. Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization, and Google Signals remain disabled.
Your choices
You may ask us to update or delete the personal information connected to an inquiry, subject to applicable legal or operational requirements. To make a request, use our contact form or call the number below.
